The Trufrost modular ice flaker is the high-volume version of the flake ice range, the ice-making head is separate from the storage bin, which is bought and positioned according to your site.
Three models scale from 300 to 1000 kg per day. The IF 300 and IF 500 pair with an ISB 220 storage bin. The IF 1000, the largest, runs on a 380V three-phase supply and pairs with an ISB 460 bin.
All produce granular flake ice on R404a refrigerant, suited to the same display and research applications as the self-contained range but at much higher daily volume.
The storage bin is not included and is quoted separately.
Who it suits: large hotels, big fish and seafood counters, and bio-medical or research facilities needing continuous high-volume flake ice.

Is the storage bin included?
No, modular ice flakers are sold as the flaking head only. You choose the matching storage bin (ISB 220 or ISB 460 depending on the model) separately based on your daily storage needs.
Which model fits my operation?
The IF 300 and IF 500 cover mid-to-large volume needs at 300 to 500 kg per day. The IF 1000 is the flagship at 1000 kg per day, and requires a 380V three-phase supply.
What can I use this for?
Large-scale fresh fish and seafood display, buffet moisturising and cooling at hotel scale, and bio-medical or research facilities needing continuous flake ice supply.
What power supply do these need?
220V single phase for the IF 300 and IF 500, and 380V three-phase for the IF 1000. Confirm your site's electrical capacity before ordering the largest model.
