The Trufrost Frozen Tower is the freezer version of the panoramic showcase format, built specifically for gelato, frozen cakes and desserts that benefit from being seen from every angle rather than displayed in a chest freezer.
It holds -18°C to -22°C across 5 layers (base plus 4 shelves) on adjustable glass shelves, with heated glass on the panoramic windows to prevent the condensation that would otherwise fog a freezer this cold.
The black stainless steel and glass combination gives it a refined look, with LED lighting and castors for mobility and cleaning.
