The Butler Saga moves burr adjustment from manual to fully digital, giving a barista precise, repeatable grind settings through a 5 inch touch display rather than a manual dial.
Its variable motor speed runs 1360 to 2150 RPM, letting the grinder adjust burr speed to the grind rather than running one fixed speed regardless of setting. The 83mm titanium burr is larger than both the Stride and Yoga, generally supporting higher throughput without a drop in consistency.
It holds 1kg of beans, matching the Stride’s capacity, and shares the same single-bodied, hermetically sealed doser and thermally protected motor as the rest of the range.
