SKU: BUTLER-RO-GAS Category:

The Butler gas rotary rack oven shares the same wheel-in trolley design as the electric version, saving labour and product handling versus loading trays individually, powered by an advanced Italian burner rather than electric heating elements.

A unique double positioning door bolt prevents heat loss through the door, and a double fan with a large air duct drives effective baking, backed by the burner for reliability and consistency.

Two sizes are available. The RO-16G takes one trolley of 16 trays. The RO-32G takes one trolley of 32 trays for higher volume. Both draw only a modest electrical load since the burner provides the heat, with electricity powering the fan and rotation motor.

Who it suits: bakeries with a gas connection producing large volumes of cakes, breads and biscuits.

Why is the rated power so much lower than the electric version?
Gas heating comes from the burner, not electricity. The rated power figure only covers the fan and rotation motor, not the heat source, which is why it is much lower than an electric oven of the same size.

How does the wheel-in trolley work?
A full pan rack of goods wheels directly into the oven for baking, saving labour and handling versus loading individual trays.

Which size should I choose?
The RO-16G takes one trolley of 16 trays. The RO-32G takes one trolley of 32 trays for higher volume.

Do I need a gas line for this?
Yes, confirm your site's gas connection and consumption capacity with us before ordering.
