The Butler Indo Grill (also sold as the FPG-11E) uses flat top and bottom plates rather than grooved ones, suited to parathas, chillas, mini uttapams, mini dosas, wraps and steaks where grill marks aren’t wanted and even, flat contact matters more.

The flat plate design is also simply easier to clean than a grooved surface, a real practical advantage on a busy counter. Both models include a timer and touch control screen, cast iron plates for even cooking, and a self-balanced upper plate.

The Indo Grill Premia (FPG-11E Premia) is the larger of the two, with the Indo Grill Premia DT sharing a smaller footprint and cooking surface.

Who it suits: Indian cafes, QSR counters and restaurants regenerating or cooking parathas, dosas, wraps and similar flat-cooked items.
