Ingredients: Sugar, Milk Solids, Cocoa Solids, Stabilizers (INS 466, INS 407), Iodized Salt. Contains Permitted Synthetic Food Color (INS 150d, INS 122) and Added Natural & Nature-Identical Flavoring Substances – Vanilla and Chocolate Flavor.
Allergy Advice: Contains Milk. May Contain Gluten, Nuts, Soy, and Sulphites.
Mixing Ratios: 3 Liters of water for 1.1 kg Creamy Chocolate Softy Mix.
Mixing Instructions: Pour the required quantity of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing container. Open one bag of Creamy Chocolate softy mix and pour it into the water while mixing with a wire whisk. Keep mixing for about 30 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Mix again vigorously before putting it into the soft serve machine and freeze down.
Storage Instructions: Unopened bags must be stored in a cool, dry area, away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odors, insects, and/or rodent infestations.
