The Trufrost GN Series reach-in refrigerator is built around GN 2/1 shelf compatibility, so it accepts standard gastronorm pans directly, and the interior is SS304 stainless steel for durability and hygiene.
Both models use ventilated, frost-free cooling, tested for hot kitchen conditions and designed to cover everything from a 5-star hotel kitchen to a QSR. The GN 680 TNM is 2 doors, 3 shelves, at 680 litres. The GN 1340 TNM is 4 doors, 6 shelves, at 1340 litres.
Both run R290 refrigerant with auto-closing doors.

What does GN 2/1 compatibility mean?
The shelves are sized to accept standard GN 2/1 gastronorm pans directly, so you do not need custom trays if your kitchen already uses gastronorm sizing.
What is SS304 and why does it matter?
SS304 is food-grade stainless steel used for the interior. It resists corrosion and is easy to keep hygienic, which matters for a cabinet handling food daily in a commercial kitchen.
What is the difference between the GN 680 and GN 1340?
The GN 680 TNM is a 2 door, 3 shelf unit at 680 litres drawing 210W. The GN 1340 TNM is a 4 door, 6 shelf unit at 1340 litres drawing 430W. Both run R290 and hold 2°C to 10°C.
Is this the SS304 or SS430 version?
This is the SS304 interior version. Trufrost also offers a GN 740/1480 range with SS430 both inside and outside, a different steel grade for the whole cabinet, not just the interior.
