The Trufrost GN Series undercounter freezer pairs with the GN refrigerator range, same GN 1/1 shelf compatibility and SS304 interior, this time built for frozen storage under the counter.
All three models use ventilated, frost-free cooling, tested to perform in hot kitchen conditions and designed to cover requirements from a 5-star hotel kitchen to a quick service restaurant. The GN 1100 BT is the single door unit at 124 litres, holding -10°C to -20°C. The GN 2100 BT is 2 doors at 282 litres, and the GN 3100 BT is 3 doors at 417 litres, both holding -18°C to -20°C.
Refrigerant varies by size: the GN 1100 BT and GN 2100 BT run R290, while the GN 3100 BT runs R404a. Power draw is 520W on the two smaller units and 620W on the largest.
