The Trufrost Premia visi freezer puts frozen stock where the customer can see it, behind full height glass rather than hidden in a chest freezer. The range runs from a compact single door unit up to two large top mounted compressor cabinets, all built to hold ice cream and packaged frozen food on display.
The two Premia models use the same top mounted compressor design as the VC coolers, so the glass and stock run top to bottom with no dead panel at floor level. The VF 1250 Premia is 1250 litres behind 2 doors with 10 shelves. The VF 1800 Premia is 1800 litres behind 3 doors with 15 shelves. Both hold -18°C to -22°C.
The number to plan around on the two large models is power. They draw 1472W and 1850W, and both carry two compressors, because holding -22°C behind glass costs roughly three times the electricity of holding +10°C. Get your electrical load checked before you order, not after the unit arrives.
The VF 400 New is the compact option: a single door cabinet holding -22°C or below with ventilated cooling, automatic defrost, 3 shelves and two LED strips, on a standard socket at 230W. It suits an outlet that needs frozen display but cannot take a large cabinet.

How much power do the large models draw?
The VF 1250 Premia draws 1472W and the VF 1800 Premia draws 1850W, and both carry two compressors. That is roughly three times the cooler version of the same cabinet, which is what holding -22°C behind glass costs. Check your available electrical load before ordering. The compact VF 400 draws just 230W.
What is the difference between the VF and VC Premia models?
The cabinets are the same size. VC runs +1°C to +10°C as a cooler on R134a with one compressor. VF runs -18°C to -22°C as a freezer on R404a with two compressors and far higher power draw. Choose on whether you are storing chilled or frozen stock.
Which model suits a small outlet?
The VF 400 New at 90 litres and 600mm wide, on a standard 230W socket, is the compact option for an outlet that needs frozen display without a large cabinet. The two Premia models are for supermarket and high volume frozen retail.
What can I store in these?
