The Trufrost VRX 1200 countertop refrigerated display is a small-footprint way to put cold prep on show at a counter, salad and starter toppings on one end of the menu, Indian desserts like kheer, rabadi, rasogullas, ras-malai and phirni or drinks like pani-poori and jal jeera on the other.
It accepts 5 GN 1/4 pans, which are not included, and comes with a glass sneeze guard as standard. At 115W it draws very little power for what it does, and its slim 335mm depth means it sits on a counter without eating much surface.
Who it suits: salad and starter counters, Indian sweet and dessert shops, juice and beverage counters, and any front-counter cold display needing a small footprint.
