The Trufrost S Series saladette is a different format from a flat prep counter: it has a refrigerated display top with a night cover, so ingredients stay visible and accessible during service and protected overnight, plus a refrigerated section underneath for additional storage.
The S 900 is the 2 door model, 240 litres, with pan supports for 1 GN 1/1, 3 GN 1/3 and 3 GN 1/6 pans (pans not included). The S 903 is the 3 door model, 368 litres, with pan supports for 1 GN 1/1, 4 GN 1/2 and 3 GN 1/3 pans, also not included.
Both run static cooling and GN 1/1 shelving per door underneath. The S 900 runs R600a and holds +2°C to +8°C. The S 903 runs R290 on a slightly wider +2°C to +10°C range.
Who it suits: salad bars, frozen yogurt and dessert toppings counters, self-serve stations and any cold display needing both a service top and underbelly storage.

What is a night cover and why does it matter?
It is a cover for the refrigerated display top that protects the ingredients overnight when the counter is not being actively served, without needing to clear the deck completely.
Are the pans included?
No, pan supports are built in for the stated GN sizes, but the pans themselves are not included and are sourced separately.
What is the difference between the S 900 and S 903?
