Frying oil is one of the most expensive ongoing costs of running fryers, and the Butler OFC-55 extends its usable life by filtering out crumbs and sediment between batches rather than replacing oil more often than necessary.
It receives oil gravity-drained from a fryer, filters it through a removable filter assembly with a lift-out pan for easy cleaning, and pumps the clean oil back to the frypot. Quick-disconnect hose connections make it easy to assemble and disassemble, and a low profile lets it sit under a fryer’s drain.
It sits on 4 swivel castors for easy movement between fryers and storage.
Who it suits: any kitchen running fryers regularly and wanting to cut oil replacement costs.
