Butler EF 8 Rise Automatic Lift Fryer

The Butler EF 8 Rise removes a manual step from frying: an automatic basket-lifting system pulls the basket out of the oil at the end of the cycle, reducing manual effort and improving consistency batch after batch.

A digital computer control panel handles constant temperature control, with over-temperature protection, anti-dry-burn protection, and an oil melting function for starting from solid fat.

The timer runs clockwise for 0 to 30 minutes of timed operation, or counter-clockwise for continuous operation when needed.
