The Butler induction deep fryer uses patented induction technology to fry without an open flame or hot surface, making it suitable for sites where conventional gas or exposed-element frying isn’t practical or permitted, food courts, airports, railway stations and similar controlled environments.
Touch control runs a 60°C to 190°C range with a 140°C default, a timer in 30 second increments up to 15 minutes, and an automatic 4 hour power-off for safety when left unattended.
The IDF-08 Rise adds 10 quick-setting memory slots, letting you store and recall 10 programmes rather than resetting parameters each time.
Who it suits: food courts, airports, railway stations and any site where flame-based cooking equipment is restricted.
