The Butler hot holding bin keeps food at the exact serving temperature rather than overcooking it, extending hold time so you waste less food and can flex between peak and off-peak demand without constant re-cooking.
Adjustable upper and lower heaters using heating film warm food uniformly and quickly, with an independent thermostat for each layer and a wide 30°C to 90°C or 100°C adjustable range depending on the model, switchable between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Digital timing runs accurately from 0 to 100 hours with a reminder function when working time is up.
The HHB 2-6 has 2 cavities holding 6 GN 1/3 trays total. The HHB 4.2 steps up to 4 heating channels holding 8 pans total, at higher power draw for the larger capacity.
