Trufrost CRD-2 Convertible Refrigerated Double Drawer

The Trufrost CRD-2 convertible refrigerated drawer solves two problems at once: it stores prepped ingredients, and it doubles as the stand for your countertop cooking equipment, so you are not paying for a separate equipment stand and a separate fridge.

Each of its two drawers can be converted between chilling and freezing depending on what you are storing that day. That means you can run both drawers as chillers, both as freezers, or one of each, whichever your prep actually needs on a given service.

It runs ventilated cooling on R290, ranging from +2°C to +8°C on the chill setting down to -18°C to -22°C on the freeze setting, in a compact 905mm wide footprint.
