The Trufrost Scirocco 3 is a compact countertop dispenser built specifically for mixing and dispensing thick chocolate and other hot drinks, a different job from a cold juice dispenser since it has to keep a thick liquid moving and hot without scorching it.
The container is food-grade polycarbonate and fully removable even when full, which matters at the end of a shift when you need to empty and clean it without struggling with a fixed tank. The faucet is also removable for easy cleaning.
It runs an adjustable thermostat, has an overheat protector for safety, and keeps noise under 70dB, quiet enough for a customer-facing counter.
