SKU: TURIA-12 Category:

The Trufrost Turia 12 is built specifically for Indian drinks that separate or settle if left still, Jal Jeera, buttermilk, lassi, aam panna and similar natural juices. A stirring paddle keeps the beverage moving, preventing sedimentation or deposit formation that would otherwise ruin the drink’s consistency by the time it is served.

It holds 12 litres in a shock-proof, non-toxic polycarbonate container, and all parts in contact with the drink are easy to disassemble for cleaning and sanitising.

Who it suits: restaurants, dhabas, juice counters and any outlet serving traditional Indian drinks that need constant gentle agitation to stay properly mixed.

Restolane has supplied commercial kitchens across India for close to 20 years. We help you match the right capacity to your actual load rather than overselling you a bigger cabinet, and we back every unit with after-sales support and pan-India delivery. You can also see equipment running at our Delhi Experience Center before you commit.

Why does this need a stirring paddle?
Drinks like Jal Jeera, buttermilk and lassi separate or settle if left still. The paddle keeps the beverage constantly agitated, preventing sedimentation so what you serve at the end of the day is as consistent as what you poured at the start.

What drinks can I serve in it?
Jal Jeera, buttermilk, lassi, aam panna and other natural juices that need gentle constant mixing rather than a spray fountain.

How is it cleaned?
All parts in contact with the drink disassemble easily for cleaning and sanitising.

What is the difference between this and the JD dispenser?
The JD range uses a spray fountain mechanism suited to syrup-based juices. The Turia 12 uses a stirring paddle suited to thicker or sediment-prone Indian drinks.

Can I get a quote?
Yes. Send us your requirement on WhatsApp and we will confirm pricing.
