The Trufrost STF static reach-in refrigerator is built around a static cooling system with fan assistance, tested to perform in hot kitchen environments rather than an air-conditioned back room.
Both models come with auto-closing doors, which cuts the energy loss from a door left open mid-service. The STF 600 TNM is a 2 door unit with 3 shelves, holding 2°C to 10°C. The STF 1200 TNM steps up to 4 doors and 6 shelves at the same temperature range.
Note the refrigerant differs between the two: the STF 600 TNM runs R290, while the STF 1200 TNM runs R134a.
