The Unox SPEED.Compact ECO (model XEMA-01NS-MCDN) is a 60 cm deep speed oven with a 30 x 30 cm cooking chamber and a 17 cm door opening footprint. It uses microwaves and hot airflow to reheat baked goods, snacks and leavened items quickly, and needs no exhaust pipe or hood.
