SKU: GUSTO-GAS Category:

The Butler Gusto gas range shares the same hot air impingement platform as the electric line, aerodynamic hot air rather than raw heat, cooking faster and more evenly across pizza, bread, sandwiches, bagels, naans, seafood and more, but runs on LPG or PNG rather than drawing the heat from electricity.

Because gas supplies the heat, electrical draw on these models is low, mainly powering the conveyor motor and controls, worth knowing if your site has limited electrical capacity but a solid gas connection.

Three models scale by belt width. The Gusto 400G is the countertop option, a 400mm belt baking up to 15-inch pizzas. The Gusto 520G is the heavy-duty step up, a 520mm belt for large pizzas or two 9-inch pizzas side by side. The Gusto 800G Max is the largest in the range, an 800mm belt handling three 9-inch pizzas side by side at up to 150 pieces an hour.

All three share microprocessor-controlled bake time and conveyor speed, full stainless steel construction, reversible conveyor direction, and are built for easy cleaning with removable crumb pans, end panels, air fingers and conveyor belt assembly. A ventilation hood is recommended.

Who it suits: pizzerias, cloud kitchens and restaurants with a gas connection, scaled from countertop to the highest-volume 800mm model.

Why is the electrical draw so low on these models?
Gas supplies the heat, so electricity only powers the conveyor motor and controls, not the heating itself, which is why the electrical rating is much lower than the equivalent electric model.

Which size should I choose?
The 400G suits countertop, lower-volume service. The 520G is heavy-duty for higher throughput. The 800G Max is the largest, handling three 9-inch pizzas side by side at up to 150 pieces an hour.

Does it run on LPG or PNG?
Both are supported, with different gas pressure and consumption figures for each. Confirm your site's gas supply type before ordering.

What else can I cook besides pizza?
Bagels, garlic breads, omelettes, seafood, naans, rotis, kebabs and similar items.

Can I get a quote?
Yes. Tell us your gas supply type and expected volume on WhatsApp and we will confirm the right model and send a quote.
